If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund, store credit or exchange.
For in-store purchases, merchandise must be returned within 30-days of purchase. Clearance items are exchange only. For online orders, merchandise must be postmarked 30-days from date received. Returns must be shipped via insured post or courier.
Merchandise must be received in its original, sale-able condition (unworn, unaltered, has not been sized) and be accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that we do not process exchanges on December 26 and 27 due to the volume of sales in our stores. Should your 30 days fall on any of those dates, we will extend the period until December 29.

Please call 1-866-78-PARIS (before returning items to receive the address of our return facility. Returns will not be processed for any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages and will be returned to sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Returns must include all original packaging including Diamond Certificates, Warranties and Guarantees. The original shipping charge is non-refundable and the customer must pay return shipping. Items with a value of $75 or more must be sent using a trackable shipping method.
In the event of an exchange, your original order must be returned, received and validated at our office prior to your replacement order being shipped.
Please ensure to properly address your package. For security purposes, do not write Paris Jewellers anywhere on the outside your package.

Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase another Gift Certificate. If the amount of your Gift Certificate does not cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid form of payment. If the amount of your Gift Certificate is for more than the total order amount, the remaining amount will be stored on your Gift Certificate balance for future use. Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash except as required by law. We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Certificates. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Certificates; however, items paid for with a Gift Certificate will be charged applicable sales tax.
